Alterations & extensions to Ben Veg, Maughold.

This site is located close to the coast in Parish of Maughold. The client wished to extend the property, while keeping the original charm of their home. The lead flashed dormer window to the front of the dwelling was replicated on the rear facade. The glazed dormer cheek provides beautiful sea views.

The original roof tiles were reused on the new extension to allow the proposal to blend seemlessly into the existing dwelling. Intricate lead flashing details, (see 'three legs' lead detail photo) are affored thoughout the builing fabric.
