The house looks single storey from the roadside, with the site dropping away to the seaward side, reducing the visual impact. The main living accomodation is located at first floor level to take advantage of the fantasic views.

The Construction of the dwelling is to be highly insulated SIPs panels This will decrease construction time as well as provide a highly energy ifficient dwelling. Manx stonework lends a more traditional feel to the dwelling, with timber cladding providing a modern feel alongside the highly glazed seaward facade.
