This proposal is to provide an extension to a recently built dwelling which provides extra living accomodation and garaging, without making the existing already large property look overbearing.


This has been achieved by designing the extension to look like an old manx stone barn. This way the extensions sit into the street scape as if they have been there long before the main house.


The proposal has recently been awarded planning approval.


Indicated are the proposed elevation drawings, alongside renders of the proposal placed into the site.
